Who You Are

You are an organizationally savvy and process oriented People Operations Lead with 2+ years of People Operations experience. You are passionate about driving employee experience through the development of scalable processes. You are also a firm believer in creating a competitive edge through people. As a result, you are always thinking about what you can do better to support employees. You have experience implementing and managing HRIS systems and a perspective on what excellence looks like in the space.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will report directly into our Manager of Talent Acquisition and People. You’ll act as the People Operations Lead by managing the day to day administrative tasks of People Operations coupled with bigger picture projects, such as the implementation and management of our new HRIS system. You’ll be the go-to person for onboarding once a candidate signs their offer letter and becomes a new hire at Stavvy. As a result, we are looking for someone passionate about creating flawless employee experiences when it comes to the People Operations tasks that happen behind the scenes, but are crucial to Stavvy’s employee experience.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the implementation process for our new HRIS, ensuring data integrity within the HRIS by being the primary owner of all data entry and ongoing maintenance of all data housed in the HRIS
  • Creating and maintaining employee files and overall HR documentation ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data and files
  • Manage the hand-off from Talent Acquisition to employee onboarding. Facilitate the I-9 and background check process for all new employees
  • Drive employee onboarding and offboarding processes, working with our management team
  • Collecting, reviewing, and appropriately filing/distributing all necessary HR documentation from employees
