Who You Are

You are an organizationally savvy and process oriented Candidate Experience Associate with 1+ years of coordination experience. Candidate experience obsessed, you have an eye for identifying opportunity areas in processes to streamline and improve candidate experiences.

You like owning the little details because you know the details are what matters when it comes to making a lasting impression on potential new talent. A team player, you know when to flex your skill-set to support the overall success of your team.

You are also able to balance multiple priorities as well as maintain clear communication to candidates and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will report directly into our Manager of Talent Acquisition and People. You will be the first Candidate Experience Associate at Stavvy and you will have the autonomy to make recommendations and improve the candidate experience.

You’ll support hiring managers across Product, Engineering, and Support with their hiring needs by ensuring interviews are scheduled promptly.

Depending on bandwidth, you’ll also have the opportunity to flex into pipeline development by sourcing talent.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with our People Team and Hiring Managers to provide a streamlined and efficient interview scheduling process
  • Partner with People team to define and roll-out a consistent interview scheduling process at Stavvy that results in a superior candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Source candidates for open positions using LinkedIn, Hiretual, and other creative sourcing strategies as bandwidth allows
  • Perform coordination tasks required for the efficient functioning of Stavvy’s Talent Acquisition team. This includes calendar management, candidate communication, and maintaining communication with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers on the status of scheduling requests
